VA Loan Fundamentals
Educational Sponsors
A lender can fund education.A lender cannot fund a credential.
Six modules make up our VA Loan Fundamentals certification. A lender can sponsor a module. No lender sponsors the certification, the assessment, or the standard behind it.
What A Seat Funds
One module inside a certification agents actually sit for.
What It Never Buys
Referrals, agent lists, exclusivity, or the credential.
Who Sets The Content
We do. Course and assessment stay ours.
The Rule
Sponsors fund modules. They never fund the credential.
This is the line that protects everything downstream of it: the Mission Ready standard, the certifications, the assessment, and the verification behind them.
The moment a sponsor attaches to a certification rather than to specific modules inside it, the assessment stops being ours and the standard stops meaning anything. So we do not write it that way and we do not sell it that way. A sponsor is named as the educational sponsor of the specific module it funds, and nowhere else.

The Seats
Six modules, six seats
Two are sponsored. Four are open. Seats are assigned in confirmation order. When a module has no sponsor, it simply runs without a sponsor panel.

How We Select
The check before a seat is offered
A sponsor has to be a lender our agents could reasonably work with, sponsoring a module their expertise actually fits. Module 4 is entitlement, so a VA focused lender sitting on it is substantively right rather than merely available.
Sponsorship is reviewed against RESPA before any seat is activated. Education and visibility are what a seat buys. Nothing on this page is compensation for a referral, and nothing about it is contingent on one.
Who Verifies What
Sponsors attest to their own facts
Licensing numbers, coverage, staffing and biographical details on a sponsor panel are supplied by the sponsor. Each sponsor confirms in writing that the information is accurate and current, and agrees to tell us when anything material changes.
We publish what a sponsor attests. We do not present it as something we checked ourselves.
Four seats are open. They are assigned in confirmation order.
If you lend to military families and want to fund the module you are qualified to speak to, start with an email. Tell us which module interests you and we will send the terms.

Common Questions
Questions lenders ask
What does a lender actually sponsor?
One module, or more than one, inside a certification. A sponsor is named as the educational sponsor of that specific module. A sponsor never sponsors the certification itself, because a lender can fund education and a lender cannot fund a credential.
Does sponsorship buy referrals or agent contact lists?
No. Sponsorship buys education and visibility inside the module a sponsor funds. It does not buy referrals, agent lists, exclusivity, or any role in how an agent advises a client or which lender that client chooses. Agent choice is always the agent's.
How many sponsor seats are there?
Six, one for each module of VA Loan Fundamentals. Seats are assigned in confirmation order. When a module is unsponsored, that module simply runs without a sponsor panel.
Who verifies the information on a sponsor panel?
The sponsor does. Licensing numbers, coverage, staffing and biographical details are supplied and attested by the sponsor, who is contractually required to keep them current and to tell us when anything material changes. We publish what a sponsor attests rather than presenting it as something we independently verified.
Does a sponsor influence the course content or the assessment?
No. Course content, the assessment, and the standard behind it are ours and stay ours. That separation is the reason sponsorship attaches to a module and never to the credential.
