With a Master's in Professional Counseling and a background spanning behavioral science, operations, and AI-driven systems design, she is known for building infrastructure, not just programs: models designed to outlast personalities and scale through shared ownership.
She built this community from the ground up, shaped by direct input from over 750 military-affiliated agents, with a focus on systems that strengthen agents rather than replace them, disciplined leadership, and long-term community resilience.
