The organization

My Military HQ

Where a military family finds a real estate operator who has been verified for their specific situation and knows the military side of their market. My Military HQ defines the Mission Ready standard, sets its requirements, confirms who has earned it, and publishes the record.

The standard belongs to My Military HQ. Communities may use it. They do not redefine it.

My Military HQ is not a brokerage, a lead company, a referral service, or a portal. It does not employ agents and it does not take a share of anyone's commission. It does not send you to anyone. It shows you who has been verified, and you choose.

About My Military HQ

Knowology LLC

The Arizona limited liability company that owns and operates My Military HQ. Knowology builds and maintains the systems behind the platform. Mission Ready is the public standard of My Military HQ.

KW Military Community

The military community inside Keller Williams. It was the first community to stand up on My Military HQ, and it uses My Military HQ as its member hub and referral platform. It does not redefine the Mission Ready standard.

The standard

Mission Ready

An earned professional standard for real estate agents who serve military families. It is earned by attesting to Orientation and passing all four base certifications: C-01, C-02, C-03 and C-04. Nothing else earns it.

Mission Ready is binary. You hold it or you do not.

Mission Ready is not a brokerage, a franchise, a paid badge, a marketing program, or a referral service. It cannot be bought. Agents fail the assessments behind it, and that is the point. A standard nobody fails is not a standard, it is a formality.

The Mission Ready Standard

Mission Ready Operator

An agent who holds the Mission Ready standard and has a published operator page on My Military HQ.

These are two separate things and they are earned separately. Mission Ready is about what an agent knows. Signal Verified is about whether the internet describes them correctly.

See an operator page

Operator page

A page on My Military HQ dedicated to one verified agent. It states who they are, where they work, what they specialize in, and what has been checked. It links out to every other place that agent appears, so the same person shows up the same way everywhere.

An operator page is not an advertisement and it is not a listing. It is a record.

See an operator page

Operational

A state's status on the map. A state is Operational when it has enough verified operators to honestly serve a family searching in it. Until then it stays dark.

A dark state means coverage has not yet met the Operational threshold. It is unmet demand shown honestly, rather than a coverage claim we cannot keep.

Definitions

The checking

Verification

The process of confirming that what an agent says about themselves is accurate and consistent everywhere it appears. It covers identity, license, brokerage, market, and the claims on their page.

Verification is not a background check and it is not an endorsement. It confirms that the record is accurate. It does not promise an outcome.

How We Verify Coming Soon

The Signal Series

A seven session process that finds where an agent's professional identity disagrees with itself across the internet, then corrects it. It produces a measured distortion score before and after.

This is what makes an agent findable. Most agents do not have one identity online. They have several partial ones, and no search engine or AI can tell which is real.

How We Verify Coming Soon

Signal Verified

An agent who has completed the Signal Series and cleared the distortion threshold My Military HQ sets for public identity consistency.

How We Verify Coming Soon

Peer review

Ratings given by another agent in the network who confirms they sent or received a real referral with that agent. Rated on communication, customer service, knowledge, and follow through.

Peer review is not a public star rating and it is not written by clients. It is agent to agent, and the reviewer has to stand behind the referral before they can leave it.

Definitions

The certifications

Certification

A course with an assessment that can be failed. Passing is what earns it.

Certifications

Military Service Literacy, C-01

The foundation. Rank, orders, benefits, and how a military career actually works, so an agent understands what a client is describing without being told twice.

Certifications

VA Loan Fundamentals, C-02

How the VA loan works in practice: eligibility, entitlement, appraisal, funding fee, and where it behaves differently from conventional financing.

Certifications

PCS Relocation, C-03

How a Permanent Change of Station move works, what the timelines are, and what breaks when they slip.

Certifications

Advanced Referral Network, C-04

How an agent hands a family to a verified agent in the market they are moving to, and what that handoff owes the family.

The community

Community member

A member of the KW Military Community. All members are Keller Williams associates.

Service Division

Members who are veterans, active duty, reserve, guard, or military spouses.

Mission Partner Division

Members who are extended family, allies, patriots, or non military agents who serve military clients. The division exists so people who support this work have a defined place rather than an unclear one.

Community Leader

The person who leads the KW Military Community and sets its direction.

Ambassador

A member who takes on a leadership role serving the community. Ambassadors are selected, not appointed by request.

State Representative

A member who leads growth and coordination for one state, including the work of getting that state to Operational.

Council

The elected body that governs the community. Nine seats, drawn from both divisions and the Community Leader.

Board of Directors

A governing body for the community, currently being seated through an application and interview process. The Board governs the community. It does not govern the company's products or its pricing.

Military terms used on this site

Veteran

Someone who served and is no longer serving. Most of the people this site serves are veterans. Their real estate questions are usually not about orders. They are about benefits, taxes, healthcare access, and where to settle.

Military Home Resource Center Coming Soon

Military retirement

Retiring from service after a full career, which is different from separating early. Retirement brings retirement pay, and how a state taxes that pay is one of the largest factors in where a retiring family chooses to live.

VA loan entitlement

The amount of VA loan guaranty a veteran has available. It is not one use only. Entitlement can be restored after a sale, and a veteran can sometimes hold more than one VA loan at a time. This is one of the most misunderstood benefits in housing.

Assumable VA loan

A VA loan a qualified buyer can take over from the seller, keeping the existing interest rate. When rates rise, a low rate becomes something a seller owns and can pass on. Assumptions have specific rules about who qualifies and what happens to the seller's entitlement.

PCS, Permanent Change of Station

A military move ordered by the service. The family does not choose the timing, the destination, or usually the date. That is what makes it different from every other kind of move. PCS applies to people still serving. It is not what a veteran is doing.

Duty to protect

The commitment an agent on this site holds to put the client's interest first. It is a standard we hold ourselves to, not a legal guarantee, and what the law requires varies by state.
