National Wreaths Across America Day · December 19, 2026
Remember. Honor. Teach.
Service connects our community.Remembrance brings us together.
Join KW Military in honoring veterans laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery. Sponsor a wreath, volunteer on the day, or invite someone. Everyone is welcome. You do not need to be a member.
Both buttons open our group page on the Wreaths Across America site. Once there, choose Sponsor Wreaths or Volunteer. This page never takes payment.
Why We Take Part
Say the name out loud
Each December, Wreaths Across America volunteers place wreaths on veterans' graves. As they lay each one, they say that veteran's name aloud.
Arlington is where it began. In 1992, the founder and his family started placing wreaths there each December, as a quiet thank you. The public did not know for years.
Our community is people who served, their families, and people who joined the mission anyway. Remembrance is part of why we are here. It sits under Purpose, one of our four pillars.
One wreath. One name, said out loud. That is the whole idea, and it is enough.
How To Help
Three ways to help
Sponsor a wreath
Open our group page and choose Sponsor Wreaths. Your wreath counts toward our goal for Arlington.
Volunteer on the day
Come to Arlington on December 19. Wreaths Across America gives each volunteer one wreath to place. You do not have to register, but signing up gets you the latest news.
Invite someone
Send this page to a friend, your family, or your office. Anyone can sponsor or volunteer.
Key Dates
Mark these two days
Sponsor by December 2 to be placed this year
Sponsor by midnight in your own time zone. A later wreath may still make the truck. If it does not, it carries over to 2027 for the same cemetery.

How we did
We will share photos and our final count right here.
Arlington has its own plan for parking, entry and the day. Wreaths Across America posts it on the Arlington location page. Read it before you go.
Our Goal
Our goal: 250 wreaths sponsored
Wreaths Across America keeps the live count. Our group page shows where we are today.

Common Questions
Questions people ask
Do I have to be military or a KW agent to take part?
No. Anyone can sponsor a wreath or volunteer. You do not need to be a KW Military member.
Where does my money go?
You pay Wreaths Across America directly, on their site. This page never takes payment. Wreaths Across America sets the price of a wreath and keeps the record of your sponsorship.
What is the last day to sponsor?
Wednesday, December 2, 2026, by midnight in your own time zone. That is the last day a wreath is sure to arrive in time. A later wreath may still make it if the truck has not been loaded. If it does not, it carries over to 2027 for the same cemetery.
Do I have to register to volunteer at Arlington?
No, but Wreaths Across America recommends it, so you get the latest news about the day. Use the Volunteer button on our group page. Wreaths Across America gives each volunteer one wreath to place.
Who is KW Military?
KW Military is our group name with Wreaths Across America, group VA1036. It is run by the KW Military Community, a community of Keller Williams associates who serve military families.

Where these facts come from
- Date, location, and that everyone is welcome: Wreaths Across America, group VA1036 (KW Military)
- Start times, the Tomb of the Unknown at noon, one wreath per volunteer, registration recommended but not required, saying each name aloud, and the 1992 start at Arlington: Wreaths Across America, Arlington National Cemetery location page
- The December 2 last day and what happens to a late wreath: Wreaths Across America Region 5 welcome to group leaders, 2026
Three things are left off this page on purpose. The price of a wreath is set by Wreaths Across America and can change, so it belongs on their checkout. The live wreath count is kept by Wreaths Across America, and a copied number goes stale. Names and photos of members are shown only with each person's permission.
